KINDERGARTEN
Our Guidance Department, based on a developmental, inclusive, and preventive guidance approach, conducts its activities taking into account the age characteristics of the period in question and the individual needs of our students. Any intervention aimed at supporting development during this period creates much more lasting and effective results in children in a much shorter time compared to later periods. Within this framework, annual work plans are prepared taking into account the needs and developmental characteristics of the students. Informative and educational activities are also carried out for parents to help students acquire basic life skills.
PRIMARY SCHOOL
Our guidance counselors, who implement a coordinated program and provide various services in grades 1-4, prioritize the personal and intellectual development of our students, offering developmental and preventive guidance services through various resources. Our school's guidance program aims to help students, parents, and teachers have positive learning experiences.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
Middle school years are a highly dynamic and fast-paced period where the childlike anxieties and games of elementary school gradually give way to the growing anxieties of adolescence. The way and speed at which these developmental milestones are experienced are, of course, shaped by the individual differences of each student.
Our guidance department, which is based on a developmental and preventive guidance approach, conducts its work taking into account the characteristics of the relevant period and the individual needs of our students.
HIGH SCHOOL
Our department adopts and implements a developmental and preventive guidance approach. Within this framework, annual work plans are prepared taking into account the needs and developmental characteristics of students, and informative and educational activities are carried out to help students acquire basic life skills.
Our program allows the student to:
Knowing and expressing oneself
Describing your feelings
Making connections between their behavior and their feelings and thoughts.
Developing self-discipline
Developing effective study habits
Setting goals and achieving them.
It is structured around evaluating the results of their choices. Supported by the Student Counseling Program, which was implemented this year, and prepared by the relevant committee, the content is shared interactively with students by the advisor teacher.
