Our school
It was founded in 1997 under the name "Seçkin College".
With 17 first-place rankings in the university entrance exams.
It moved to its new building in the 2010-2011 academic year.
As of 2010, our school's name was changed to "Private Altaş College".
Our school's name was changed to Namık Altaş College in the 2017-2018 academic year following the death of our founder, Namık Altaş, who dedicated his life to charity and education and was a lover of Ordu.
It was granted Cambridge International School status in the 2017-2018 academic year.

Establishment
Okulumuz 1997 yılında " Seçkin Kolej" adıyla kurulmuş ve bulunduğu coğrafyada, mükemmel bir eğitim merkezi olarak eğitim camiası için bir örnek teşkil etmiştir. Bu güne değin izlediği eğitim politikasının haklı başarısıyla bölgenin söz sahibi okulları arasında ayrıcalıklı bir yer edinmiştir.
17 Provincial First Places
2000 yılından bu güne gerek fen liselerine gerekse üniversiteye öğrenci göndermede şehrimizin iller bazında başarı sırasını her geçen gün daha da yükseltmiştir. Üniversite sınavlarında 17 il birinciliği ve birçok Türkiye derecesiyle Ordu'daki eğitim markası olmuştur.
New Modern Complex
2010-2011 eğitim öğretim yılında yeni binasında ferah kullanım alanları ve öğrencilerimizin bilim, sanat ve spor alanlarında kendilerini rahatça ifade edebilecekleri kampüs yapılanması ile kurumumuzun adı " Özel Altaş Koleji" olarak taçlandırılmış, çocuklarımızın hizmetine kıvançla sunulmuştur.
Cambridge Curriculum
Our school has held the Namık Altaş College - International Cambridge School accreditation since 2018. As an International Cambridge School, we offer the Cambridge Program in addition to the National Education Curriculum.
(Cambridge Primary & Cambridge Secondary 1) is implemented.

Misyonumuz
Namık Altaş koleji olarak misyonumuz öğrencilerimize, kapasitelerini sonuna kadar geliştirmeye, düşünce ve eylem özgürlüğünü geliştiren zihinsel ve ahlaki alışkanlıklar sergilemeye, Türkiye’nin ya da vatandaşı oldukları ülkelerin önde gelen yurttaşları olmaya hazırlayacak ve teşvik edecek düşünsel ve davranışsal temelleri kazandırmaktır.

Namık Altaş College

Education and Training
Our education, spanning from kindergarten to high school, aims to strengthen our students' global awareness, foster academic excellence, and cultivate students with a global perspective. It develops students' leadership and responsibility skills.
Bilingual education
The language of instruction is English for some courses within the framework of the International Cambridge Programme and Turkish within the framework of the National Education Curriculum. In addition, our students study a third language during their middle and high school years.
Bilingualism is also supported in our staff community. Our school is the first and only school in its geographical location to implement a dual curriculum: the National Education Curriculum and the International Cambridge Programme.
Namık Altaş College offers its students the opportunity to obtain the Cambridge Diploma, an internationally recognized diploma, in addition to the Ministry of National Education Diploma.
Our First Graduates
Our first high school graduates graduated in 2000. Approximately 90% of our graduates go on to university.
Cambridge Diploma
Our first graduates from the Cambridge curriculum graduated in 2022, and hundreds have graduated since then.
